It certainly hasn't stopped the foreign language spam.
Maybe I'm kicking in open doors here, but this list is supposed to be in
English, right? Google has pretty good tools for guessing language in
Google Translate for instance.
Wouldn't it be reasonably easy to verify the main language of a post and
if it appears to be non-English, flag that sender as moderated again?
(Obviously, still allowing names and .sig as well as "Person xxxx
wrote:" in the poster's language, this is why I say "main" above.)
