I don't know about Android videos, but I would recommend a video titled "Eclipse and Java for Total Beginners" by Mark Dexter. I started in Android without having sufficient knowledge of either Eclipse or Java. If I had used the video before I started Android, it would have been a lot easier for me. Eclipse is different enough from, say Visual Studio, that it might be confusing to start right in with Android. Mark Dexter also produced very helpful videos on these topics: the Eclipse Debugger, the Eclipse Workbench, Persistence in Java.
