Hello all, I just joined this list and thought I would introduce myself. I am in college for computer science. One of my classes this semester is on Android development, and I am pretty far behind everyone else. I am still having no luck with the Notepad tutorials, while the rest of the class is on their second assigned project. That said, I would also like to mention that I am blind. I use Jaws for Windows to access my computers, and, since Jaws and Eclipse do not see eye to eye, I have to use a text editor and ANT to build applications. It is working out well enough since Android gives me the build file when I make a new prooject, but I wish the Notepad tutorials had build files!! I only mention the above so that (A) you know my development environment and (B) you are aware that screenshots or instructions involving icons or mouse movements will not do me much good. I will also probably have a lot of questions about how to add talkBack functionality into applications since I would like to be able to use what I write.
