The way Java docs work a class's inheritance tree is automatically generated so if a class doesn't explicitly state it inherits from another, it means it doesn't. The Android Docs aren't always as detailed as one would like as far as comments and examples go, but the stuff that's automatically generated (like the inheritance tree for a class) should always be accurate. You can alway find this out on your own as well by doing an "instanceof" check in code. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TreKing - Chicago transit tracking app for Android-powered devices http://sites.google.com/site/rezmobileapps/treking -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Beginners" group.
