Hi All;

I'm a new Android developer somewhat new to Scala(my professional background
is in OCaml, Java, Ruby, and Groovy). For the last 4 or 5 nights,
I've plumbed the depths of the internet, fedora and bullwhip in hand,
looking for a way to set up a decent build environment for Android 2.1 and
Scala 2.7.7. It feels like I've tried everything; I've tried suggestions
out there to manually modify the build files of a Netbeans 6.8 NBAndroid
project, manipulate the Eclipse builders<http://www.scala-lang.org/node/160>,
to use scala's
sbt<http://zegoggl.es/2009/12/building-android-apps-in-scala-with-sbt.html>,
and to change the built-in android ant
buildfile<http://www.tylerlesmann.com/2009/dec/04/integrating-scala-android-ant/>.
 All with no luck.

Does anyone out there on this list have a suggestion? Do I need to target a
different version of Android? Should I use a different version of Scala?
 If someone out there is having any luck, what is your general setup?

Any help would be appreciated.
