Most users would be very unhappy to find Factory Reset being executed from an application. Why do you think this is what you want?
It is with good reason that Factory Reset is 'difficult'. The user must be really sure that is what he wants, the procedure must do all that is possible to guarantee that it is not executed except very deliberately.
