hi, when i run the android browser, i see a trigger from Dalvick VM to clear cache. Is it a normal cleanup indication or a serious low memory indication? If its a serious condition, how to trace out the memory allocated to the VM and why its running out of it.
Thanks in advance, Zaheer #1 0xaa010f88 in ClearCache (env=<value optimized out>, obj=<value optimized out>) at external/webkit/WebKit/android/jni/WebCoreFrameBridge.cpp:1233 #2 0xad00ec78 in dvmPlatformInvoke () at dalvik/vm/arch/arm/CallEABI.S:243 #3 0xad035de2 in dvmCallJNIMethod_virtualNoRef (args=0x41864e60, pResult=0x46f9be40, method=0x419eb424, self=0x2d3508) at dalvik/vm/Jni.c:1603 #4 0xad02f3a4 in dvmCheckCallJNIMethod_virtualNoRef (args=0x37bbd0, pResult=0xaa0484d0, method=0x4f08, self=0x1) at dalvik/vm/CheckJni.c:157 #5 0xad01397c in dalvik_mterp () at dalvik/vm/mterp/out/InterpAsm-armv7-a.S:9381 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Beginners" group.
