So your app is getting the lat/long from DDMS, but you're not seeing any maps displayed? Maps come from the Google API over the Internet. Is there a chance that you don't have networking available to your emulator? Other than location, does the browser function correctly? I'm also at a loss as to why you're not able to see your location. Good luck!
