Hi, I am hoping to get pointed in the right direction here. I am relatively new to building Android and learning. So, I apologize in advance if I am asking an obvious question.
I am building aosp_car_x86-userdebug (Pie) android-9.0.0_r47 (per https://source.android.com/setup/start/build-numbers) and then building the SDK to create an AVD. I do so following the instructions here <https://source.android.com/setup/build/building> to make do userdebug build and here <https://source.android.com/setup/create/avd> for AVD. Everything works great. The issue I am having is I am interested in building AOSP Pie Car with the "Media Center" app (com.android.car.media) as opposed to "CarMediaApp". I see this can be done as I have seen builds that do it. However it would appear "Media Center" did not make it into a build until AOSP 10. Again, as abovie, if I build android-9.0.0_r47, I get CarMediaApp. And, if I build android-10.0.0_r17, I get "Media Center". Is there a specific branch or tag that brings "Media Center" and other new car components into AOSP Car Pie? Any relevant info/documentation you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
