Early submissions did not receive an email confirmation; we only had a web-based confirmation screen which you could print for your records. However, all submissions that have been made recently, as well as all going forward, receive an email confirmation.
Also, we originally only sent one confirmation per email address. Now, however, we've modified the system such that each submission receives a separate confirmation email.
