Since everyone's situation is different, you'll have to weigh your options
and choose whichever way is best for you.  Neither option will have any
bearing on the judging.  (Meaning, one type will not be favored over the
other in the judging.)

M3-RC22a is not eligible for submissions anyway (only M3-RC37 is.)  Your
application will only be evaluated on its most recent submission, so you
should use whichever SDK you believe shows off your application the best.
