Hi all,
I've read the terms and conditions for submitting in the android
challenge and I've found the following clause:

g. TAXES: PAYMENTS TO POTENTIAL GRANT RECIPIENTS ARE SUBJECT TO THE
EXPRESS REQUIREMENT THAT THEY SUBMIT TO GOOGLE ALL DOCUMENTATION
REQUESTED BY GOOGLE TO PERMIT IT TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE US,
STATE, LOCAL AND FOREIGN (INCLUDING PROVINCIAL) TAX REPORTING AND
WITHHOLDING REQUIREMENTS. ALL GRANTS WILL BE NET OF ANY TAXES GOOGLE
IS REQUIRED BY LAW TO WITHHOLD. ALL TAXES IMPOSED ON THE GRANT ARE THE
SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GRANT RECIPIENT. In order to receive a
Grant, potential grant recipients must submit the tax documentation
requested by Google or otherwise required by applicable law, to Google
or the relevant tax authority, all as determined by applicable law,
including, where relevant, the law of the potential grant recipient's
country of residence. The potential grant recipient is responsible for
ensuring that (s)he complies with all the applicable tax laws and
filing requirements. If a potential grant recipient fails to provide
such documentation or comply with such laws, the Grant may be
forfeited and Google may, in its sole discretion, select an
alternative potential grant recipient.

can someone make it clearer ?
if I'm out of the USA what shall I do ?
regards
