Thanks for the clarification.  This is definitely the most detail I've
seen on this subject.  I am particularly interested in what you wrote
about the period of time for "round 2" as I have not seen it mentioned
previous to this.  Any clue at all how long this will be?  It would
have been nice to know this from the beginning to weigh the cost-
benefit of entering, but still I would be curious.  Thanks in advance.
