I think so...and I want to ask you a simple thing:
"Employees of (i) Google, (ii) members of the Open Handset Alliance[...]"
means
Employees of (i) Google and employees of the members of the Open Handset
Alliance
or
Employees of (i) Google, members of the Open Handset Alliance as a Business
Entity?

If I'm an employees of the Open Handset Alliance and I'm a charter-member of
an other company independent from the previous can I participate equally as
a Business Entity?
