I think so...and I want to ask you a simple thing: "Employees of (i) Google, (ii) members of the Open Handset Alliance[...]" means Employees of (i) Google and employees of the members of the Open Handset Alliance or Employees of (i) Google, members of the Open Handset Alliance as a Business Entity?
If I'm an employees of the Open Handset Alliance and I'm a charter-member of an other company independent from the previous can I participate equally as a Business Entity? 2008/4/4, Contender <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: > > > Taken from the T&C: > > Employees of (i) Google, (ii) members of the Open Handset Alliance, > (iii) the parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries of either > Google or any member of the Open Handset Alliance, and members of > their immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings and > spouse, regardless of where they reside and/or those living in the > same household of each) are not eligible to participate in the > Challenge. > > It's unclear how to interpret the piece: "and/or those living in the > same household of each) are not eligible to participate in the > Challenge." > > Does this competition preclude developers who live with Google > employees? > > > --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Challenge" group.
