I would add these two in the gaming genre.  I believe that to win in
the Android gaming space, you'll need to do something more unique than
simply porting a game that could run on any other platform
(Asterdoids, PacMan, ...).  These guys merge gaming with location-
based information.  Anyway...these two have my vote.

WiFi Army
   - They have a great video showing potential but a camera-based
multi-person shooter won't make it far.  I tried to talk further with
these guys but nobody answered their web email.  They definitely have
potential but need to show a more developed web app (like Parallel
Kingdom)
