Hi, John, Thank you for sharing. You are lucky since you got more than you resubmitted. I am really not sure whether they get both of my two resubmitted applications, and which one they got with the confirmed email.
Do not want to be negative, but the android's submission application and process is really not professionally developed and managed. It costs both Goolge and ADC developers from time, PR, etc. perspectives. Again, could some Google insider help to clarify resubmission confusion?
