Hi, I have got the exactly same problem when I tried to submit my application and document last midnight. (To say exactly, 1:00am Today) I made my HOWTO document as Adobe Flash file (.swf file) of about 20MB size , somewhat big hun... ;), so I guessed the problem was from the size of big explanatory document, but I found here vashek had encounterd same problem.
Please let me know what was the problem and can I submit .swf file as document.
