I used some Tango icons in my app. I gave them attribution in my about activity. As far as I understand the license, I didn't modify them so that's my only obligation. I don't understand including an icon in an application to be covered in:
"If you alter, transform, or build upon this work, you may distribute the resulting work only under the same or similar license to this one."
