I just made an Android application submission. I tried to upload a 5MB
document with a 500KB apk file, but somehow it never made it. So, I
did a WinRar on the document and the size came down to 883KB. This
time the submission made it. Are .rar files accepted or do I need to
do a resubmission? Please let me know
