Seems to me you forgot that a phone will need PHONE-SPECIFIC apps! Here are Exchange Interface for those in corporate environments, contact manager from Sebi, and let me also shamelessly promote our (Sadko Mobile) goodies CallFreq to keep your most used contacts close and CamLine to make sure that whatever you take with your cameraphone immediately goes online. Plus, wi-fi apps do not really work - there is no WiFi in current SDK, and AFAIK Wi-Fi Army project more or less fell apart...
