No idea how to do that. I looked up IRC in google and found this in Wikipedia
Internet Relay Chat- is a form of real-time Internet chat or synchronous conferencing. It is mainly designed for group (many-to- many) communication in discussion forums called channels, but also allows one-to-one communication via private message and data transfers via Direct Client-to-Client. Since I've never used, nor know how I doubt you'll find anything.
