Guys! Cut bugging Dan will ya? Most judges will use the apps a few days or hours before the deadline on which they have to submit their reviews, or I do not know the way contest judging process always comes out. I have seen tenders and contests with far greater money at stake and always always always judges had other more pressing business to attended until time pressure rose above a critical level.
