I have to say. I've been blowing a lot of people off while working on
this. I have pissed off my family for skipping events. I've had
several people tell me this was kind of dumb. There will be a lot of
phone calls if I get in the top list.

In reality, though, my baseline was to use this to build something
interesting and to help demonstrate to possible future employers that
I can code, but I'm also really good with the ideas and product
development. Anything beyond that (getting in to the top group,
starting a company off the idea, etc) is just extra stuff.

I would tell the group I won, but I'm not sure I'd let my product out
of the box till it was actually live. Without doing that, it just
sort of feels like bragging. "Hey, I won! Not telling you what it
is, though."

It would be a stressful dilemma. I hope to have it.
