I don't think they would do that to get lawsuits from developers. I read somewhere in this group that they do check your resource files o.O (I guess just simply rename your APK to zip and extract it). But then assume that you do have a great idea, I'm sure that they can copycat your idea without any problem, b/c none of you did any Patented ...lol
