As software might have problem of running due to environment setup since the testing was done on development computer. If google could have some notification process for those application which are not able to run or giving error, since everybody submitted the working version as i feel. There are errror which might come for environment , sdk update or so which is stopping from run application. if google could have done the test of the application and inform the contestant that its not running then they could have given the updated version, since this 1st phase is for POC.i don't know how many of us having bad luck of not running applicatio after the submission.
