I woke up this morning with one nerve left, and Muthu got on it. I am fairly certain I am the only one with a name resembling Mary who entered the Challenge, and I happen to be Muthu's partner. > If you abstract from that, the story is not so bad, though not very > original either, as mentioned in the end. Agreed- it is not so offensive if in that context, however it remains stupid. But admittedly, this is coming from someone who appreciates the cinematic importance of films like Psycho, but has never been much of a fan of the ever-popular innocent unsuspecting woman being victimized genre in general. Yes, Muthu surely suffers from the heat. I even know for a fact the AC in his office broke recently. I would, myself like to suggest that Muthu take some of his own advice (and Peli's among others) and relax. Drink enough of those Bloody Marys that you lose track of your keyboard for a little while. I think I speak for at least a few of us when I say "We love you, Man. And you are entertaining sometimes. But smaller doses please." -mac On May 8, 6:27 am, Peli <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Muthu should have mentioned that the "Mary" in the story has nothing > to do with any real person he may have collaborated with :-) > If you abstract from that, the story is not so bad, though not very > original either, as mentioned in the end. > > Peli > PS: Forgive Muthu, he surely suffers from the Indian heat and his > nerves are frayed.
