We are NOT going to be publicizing applications that are not winners, if
their authors don't want us to.  One of the things that this form is asking
for is permission to share applications with our Alliance partners, as some
of them are interested in reviewing apps for business-development purposes.
 We are tentatively planning on some other opt-in efforts, but we don't have
the details nailed down yet.
