There was an announcement on about ~April 28th that judging of the top
100 applications started to narrow them down to 50. Those that were
client / server based applications could check their server log to see
if their were any OHA ip addresses using their application after April
28th. If there were hits, it meant they were top 100.

Do a search in previous threads or browse through them, and you will
find dozens of them on this subject.
