Duo is a winner for us, and the judging process a loser.
I too, had just a single server hit and I am 95% sure the (single)
judge
didn't bother to explore the menus leading to most of the
functionality.
Brutally, the strategy should have been to go for a slick UI
experience,
nice icons, something simple, 100% of the time working.
That, btw, describes a great commercial app :-)
