That is a curious thought, because the laptops provided to judges, should support the several SDKs (3 if I'm not mistaken, two M3 versions, plus one M5 version). Although only two choices were available when submiting (M3 or M5) if I remember correctly.
I hope it actually did, at least I trust Android Team to correctly set that up ! My submission was against the M3-rc37a.
