Yes, google please give the exact position in 1788.
It would be better to publish a list after getting a permission
through an email like the opt-in email.

If I can show people I am in top 100, or maybe 200, I would continue
my project. And I would be able to convince other developers to join
with me, or find an angel to invest. At this point, the project is
almost dead.

I think publish a list would only benifit to both google and us. The
purpose of ADC is to make more applications runing on Android, right?
Whatever concern google may have should not against this main
purpose.

Or, a certificate letter or anything I can show people as an evidence
would help. Or some kind of membership like Microsoft MVP...
