+1    for a system or method to validate results on internet by third
party.

Ranking information on application gallery could be a great idea. For
participants with privacy rights, a separate web page with a special
user key solves the problem.
Additional reasons: many people lie and sometimes we feel the
consequences.

If Google release more granularity for top 25% on each criteria, will
be fine for me, but I don’t want request additional work for Google on
this topic.

I'm happy with public “Fortune 50” overall and Android Fortune 447,
Fortune 894 and Fortune1341 on each criteria ranking.
