Kurosh, We scored low in one category and still managed to win round 1 (http:// splashplay.co.uk/category/android_challenge/), so remember that any dream/idea should be taken as a gift and it is your tenacity that will bring it to fruition. If you believe in something and are passionate about it, then others will feed off that.
Regarding your haptic blind user app, then that is a niche market in the eyes of google (pardon the pun), so they probably judged it low because it didn't have wider appeal. For your app, you could pursue augmented technology where cables can be plugged into the brain and your software acts as an interpreter. The visions are endless if we can augment the human body with peripheral attachments!!! Just please don't get disheartened Kurosh and NEVER EVER give up.
