Ashish,
I have a database that has all countries, all provinces, and most cities
in North American, as well as the larger cities in the rest of the
world. I can give you SQL statements for either MySQL or SQL Server if
you want to do this yourself. I also have a webservice that I use
internally, but I haven't made it public because I'm worried about
bandwidth if too many people use it too often.
I also have a lot of functions (PHP, Delphi, C#, Java, MySQL SQL, SQL
Server SQL) that I want to get around to releasing for general use by
anyone if I ever get the time (http://www.bgies.com). If there is
something specific you need, let me know, and if I have it, I'll take an
hour and put it on the site.
