It works und 2.2 in the emulator, so the new path is tested and works,
but changing to the following it stops working:

<uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="3" android:targetSdkVersion="4"/>

instead of

<uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="3"/>

Is it a bug or what am I not doing correctly?
