That is a plausible interpretation of what xuxu wanted; but the real
truth is that his request is still too unclear. Again, the most likely
reason for thi is that it is based on a misunderstanding.

I would highly recommend that xuxu read a source like
http://www.linuxjournal.com/article/2333 on networking and think about
what he really wants to ask.

He may even want to start with something more fundamental, such as
http://www.w3schools.com/tcpip/default.asp.
