That's a good point, neither my manifest nor Mr. Wheadon's up above has a targetSdkVersion field. I'll try that tonight and see if it fixes the problem.
The really bizarre thing is I have confirmation that some of my wallpapers DO work, and there's no configuration differences between them. In one case the free version can be moved to SD just fine, while the paid version (with a line-by-line identical manifest) won't allow it. Actually, I just realized I may have the copy-protected field checked in the marketplace on at least some of the ones that are broken. Does anyone know if that's a sticking point for SD install?
