Looking for the same thing. This is what I found so far: http://forum.xda-developers.com/archive/index.php/t-529170.html After copying system.img to the avd folder and running the simulator, a message appears on the screen. It says "Welcome to Android Dev Phone 1. Tap the android to begin" And two buttons below. Clicking everywhere does not help.
