The second warning obviously disappears when I drop the parameter -
skin HTC_HERO. I don't know why though, the param works fine and the
emulator correctly displays the HTC Hero device.

First warning reg. unlocked SD card is still not resolved though. I
already updated to SDK1.6r1, but still the same problem, even with
newly created virtual sd cards.
