Just to keep this topic alive, I would also like to see ALS implemented on Android as I have an ALS number on Orange UK which I cannot use with my HTC Hero. The phone will correctly send the CLI for the line in use, but it is not possible to change the line on the Hero and calls to the second line don't ring on the phone.
Is ALS an OS feature or could it be added by an enterprising developer?
