I have a game that can support QVGA and HVGA with the same resources
unscaled, but can't support HVGA and WVGA with the same resources
unscaled. I'd like to keep the auto scaling in the manifest. I already
know how to determine if a device is actually a screen size that
should not be scaled in code. Is there any way to selectively disable
scaling before any resources are even loaded?
