Needs :
1. Created AVD
Process :
1. cmd
2. Go to SDK/Tools Directory
3. emulator -avd "avd name"
Will start in few seconds
4. Open 2nd instance of cmd
5. copy ur signed .apk file to SDK/Tools directory
6. adb install "Application with .apk"
