try this one: 00001101-0000-1000-8000-00805F9B34FB WIDCOM SDK and a C# SDK actually define the above constant value for SPP/RFCOMM
It seems work for me although I am having problem use the inputStream and outSteam out of the connection. Hope it works for you.
