I got the same exact issue as original poster. I tried what was on that unlockr site but it didn't workeither. I see the Android Compsosite ADB Interface not connected and Android Phone HTC Android PHone USB Device connected. Any other suggestions? I can't use any ADB commands on the phone. I'm running XP64.
