Hello, i'm new to Android development, switching over from iPhone Dev. I'm also new to Java, but it's a lot like C, so i'm picking it up quick.
My questions is twofold. 1) from what I've read, if you want to have AbsoluteLayouts, You need two layout files, but i can't find any information about how to switch layout files mid-program. 2) i don't have an android yet, and won't until the 1st of the year, so i'm making due with the emulator. but i can't seem to figure out how to switch it's orientation.
