I recently bought HTC Magic, and only after buying the phone did I realize that it didn't have the market app. I researched a bit on internet and found that the phone can run on Australian image. The only problem I'm not going ahead with imaging is coz this might harm the phone forever, I've seen a few people have market app on Magic with Aus image but they told me of instances where there have been big time screw ups with the phone while doing imaging.
