I noticed that too on my paid app, I was at 23 of 24 active installs and then the next day was at 11 of 24 active, and I know I didn't do anything to piss anyone off. Also all of the downloads has charged and went through, so I doubt they are actually uninstalling... It is very upsetting to not know how many people have ACTUALLY uninstalled...
