Hi
My best shot will be, U make a receiver and get the following intent.
<receiver android:name=".StartupReceiver" >
<intent-filter>
<action
android:name="android.intent.action.BOOT_COMPLETED" />
<category
android:name="android.intent.category.HOME" />
</intent-filter>
The start u service from this receiver, and off course define the
receiver extending BroadCastReceiver
