I think we're missing the point here.
Android SDK 2.1 is the plain vanilla Android SDK. An OEM may add their
content on top of that and change the UI. For example HTC Hero's sense UI or
Samsung's new phone or Moto Droid n similarly Nexus One.
The SDK on the other hand does not have the frills but is Android 2.1. IMHO
there is no such thing as Eclair 2.1.
