I think the OP meant to actually develop on the device itself, rather than plug it in via USB and use a computer. I can't imagine even if it were possible, how you could be remotely productive using the small keyboard or virtual keyboard. For me I would imagine a massive hit on speed to type in code.. much less compiling speed, etc.
